The Role

An exciting opportunity to shape and enhance the learning and development landscape!

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist, to drive the implementation of training policies and strategies, in alignment with Group standards. You will work closely with P&C Business Partners and people leaders to foster talent development and manage training initiatives, both independently and with external partners. As our Learning & Development Specialist your responsibilities will include enhancing our training framework, supporting talent programs.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensures the process of needs analysis, planning and delivery of training, and employee development meets the organizational needs in collaboration with P&C Business Partners
  • Cooperates with training providers and consulting companies, whilst preparing and conduct in-house training
  • Implements and improves local tools and regulations, including those related to Performance Management, calibration process, reviews and objectives setting by ensuring communication on the process and the introduction of Group standards
  • Responsible for communicating L&D principles and standards, responding to inquiries from people leaders and employees, carrying out administrative tasks, e.g. preparing learning agreements
  • Provides reporting on training and development activities and budgets

Skills & Experience Required

  • Vast expertise with Learning & Development, Development Planning and/or relevant HR fields
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Robust interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver training
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently (and as part of a team)
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)
