We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist, to drive the implementation of training policies and strategies, in alignment with Group standards. You will work closely with P&C Business Partners and people leaders to foster talent development and manage training initiatives, both independently and with external partners. As our Learning & Development Specialist your responsibilities will include enhancing our training framework, supporting talent programs.
